o Netherlands (including Netherland Antilles)

• Any in-transit passenger or bona fide tourist who is in possession of a return ticket and satisfies the Immigration Officer that he/she does not intend to remain in the State for a period exceeding twenty-one days.
• Passengers on tourist vessels.

Requirements for applying for a Commonwealth Of Dominica Visa

• Completed Visa Application Form(PDF, 70.41 KB)
• Valid Passport and two passport sized photographs
• Letter of Invitation
• Bank statement of applicant or sponsor
• Employment letter (if employed) or proof of self-employment.
• Application fee (Bank Draft of US$82.00) made payable to the Accountant General
• All information in Foreign Languages should be translated into English by a certified translator, stamped and notarized appropriately.
• All documents/copies should be notarized.
Effective May 25, 2009, a Police Record and Medical Report (including HIV/AIDS test) are no longer required for applying for a Visa.

Applications for Extension of Stay must be submitted before the expiration of time given at the Port of Entry.
Requirements for obtaining an Extension of Stay
• Application/interview with Inspector-in-Charge of Immigration in person
• Valid Passport
• Valid return ticket
• Sufficient funds to sustain oneself for length of time intended to stay
• A local address
• Fees - to be paid at the Treasury Department after interview with Inspector-in-charge, Immigration:
o CARICOM Nationals:
 EC $25.00 for less than one month
 EC $50.00 for one to three months
o Non-CARICOM Nationals:
 EC $50.00 for less than one month
 EC $100.00 for one to three months
• Treasury receipt as proof of payment of application fee

A Certificate of Identity is a temporary travel document given to non-Dominicans who have encountered problems viz a viz lost/stolen passports.
Requirements for obtaining a Certificate of Identity
• EC $20.00 stamps*
• One recent passport photo
• Some form of Identification such as Driver's License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or Immigration records.
• * Stamps are available for purchase at the General Post Office in Roseau and at its branches.
